Lake House Oasis
Karin and Derc bought this lakefront property from Karin’s father, but also knew the house needed a more functional layout and space to meet their families’ needs. Bill’s own grandparents had owned a house on this same lake for years and through this connection, they reached out to Bill to partner with them on their vision for their new home.
